Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following information will help you understand how RogueSheep collects, uses and safeguards your personal information when you use Postage.
Postage collects some usage data anonymously while you use the application. This includes which features of the application you use and if there are problems that occur while you are using the application. The usage data collected can not be tracked back to your personal identity or your specific device.
The email messages sent with Postage are transfered through a RogueSheep administered email server. We never store or keep any of your personal images, messages or email addresses associated with messages sent from Postage. Anyone who views a postcard sent with Postage in an email client will potentially download content from a RogueSheep server. This server will automatically collect the IP address and information about the date and time the postcard image is viewed in an HTML client, but stores no other information.
The usage data collected while using Postage allows us to improve the content and functionality of the application as well as our customer service. None of your personal information is ever stored on RogueSheep servers. No phone numbers, e-mail addresses or names are ever stored. No cookies are stored when using Postage or viewing email generated with Postage. RogueSheep will not share any of the usage data collected with any person or commercial entity.
